I help people stabilize after stress, crisis or trauma experiences and work with trauma-sensitive approaches such as EMDR and pastoral care. My sociological background enables me to understand individual strain in the context of social structures, roles and work environments. These services are provided independently, outside of coaching or organizational formats, and do not constitute coaching, consulting or organizational development services.
