1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all coaching services provided by
Hakan Haslaman
Freelance Coach (ICF PCC, ACTC)
Business name: Team Intelligence
(hereinafter "Coach")
to clients (companies, organizations, or individuals).
Deviating terms and conditions of the clients do not apply unless their validity has been expressly agreed in writing.
2. Subject of Services
The Coach provides coaching services in individual and team contexts. Coaching is a process-oriented, reflective, and development-focused service.
Coaching is not consulting, not therapy, not medical or psychological treatment, and does not replace any of these. No diagnoses are made and no guarantees of cure or success are given.
Trauma-informed working methods serve stabilization, self-awareness, and reflection in the coaching context. No therapeutic intervention takes place.
To conduct individual coaching or stabilizing elements, the Coach may involve qualified contributors. They act on behalf of the Coach. The sole contracting party remains Hakan Haslaman.
In particular, Rohina Tashqin may be engaged as a professionally qualified contributor for trauma-informed, stabilizing support. This activity does not constitute therapy, consulting, or medical service and is provided exclusively within the scope of the coaching service.
3. Conclusion of Contract
The contract is concluded by individual agreement, in particular through:
– written offer and acceptance
– email confirmation
– individual single or framework agreements
These GTC apply in addition to the respective individual agreements.
4. Fees, Payment Terms, and Travel Expenses
Remuneration is based on fees according to individual agreement.
Pursuant to Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), no value-added tax (VAT) is charged (small business regulation).
Invoices are payable within 14 days without deduction, unless otherwise agreed.
In addition to the agreed fee, necessary travel and incidental expenses are charged separately.
- Travel costs are charged for distances of 50 km or more from Stuttgart.
- For a one-way journey of 300 km or more, the client bears the costs for appropriate accommodation.
The type and scope of travel expenses (train, car, accommodation) are agreed in advance or transparently arranged.
Services rendered outside Germany or for international clients are invoiced exclusively in euros (EUR).
5. Performance of Services and Language
Services are provided in German or English. For international engagements, English is assumed as the working language.
6. Appointments, Cancellations and No-Show
Agreed appointments are binding.
- Cancellations up to 48 hours before the appointment are free of charge.
- In the event of later cancellations or no-shows, the full fee will be charged, unless the appointment can be allocated otherwise.
For team formats, the individually agreed regulations apply.
7. Duties to Cooperate
Coaching is a co-creative process. Success depends significantly on the active participation of the clients and/or participants.
The Coach assumes no responsibility for decisions, actions, or results derived from the coaching.
8. Liability
The Coach is liable only for damages based on intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
In cases of simple negligence, the Coach is liable only in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable damage.
Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
9. Confidentiality
The Coach undertakes to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information disclosed in the course of the collaboration.
This obligation continues beyond the end of the contractual relationship. Statutory disclosure obligations remain unaffected.
10. Recordings
Audio, video, or other recordings of coaching sessions are permitted only with the prior express consent of all parties involved.
11. Documentation, Anonymization, and AI-Supported Analysis (SIF)
As part of certain coaching formats, particularly when applying the Support Intelligence Framework (SIF), it may be necessary to document and evaluate language-based content from coachings, workshops, or reflection formats.
This may include the transcription of conversations or text contributions as well as the structured analysis of language and behavioral patterns.
The analysis is carried out exclusively:
- for reflection, development, and diagnostic purposes,
- on an anonymized or pseudonymized basis,
- without personal identifiability of individual participants,
- without performance or personal evaluation.
The use of AI-supported analysis methods serves pattern recognition at the system, team, or organizational level and not the assessment of individuals.
Recording, transcription, or AI-supported analysis takes place only after prior express consent of the clients and where required, the participants involved. Without such consent, no recording or analysis takes place.
Use of anonymized insights for publications or the further development of methods takes place exclusively in aggregated form and without any possibility of tracing back to individuals or organizations.
The use of the Support Intelligence Framework (SIF) does not constitute consulting, training, or organizational development services and is used exclusively within coaching and reflection processes.
12. Copyright
All materials, concepts, frameworks, and content provided in the context of coaching are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or shared without prior written consent.
13. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
The place of jurisdiction is Stuttgart, insofar as legally permissible.
Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
