5a. Use of External Coaching and Booking Platforms
For the professional presentation of coaching services, the handling of inquiries, and, where applicable, the organization of bookings or registrations, we use external coaching and booking platforms.
These platforms process personal data (such as name, contact details, inquiry, booking and registration information) exclusively on our behalf as data processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR and in accordance with our instructions.
For all such platforms, corresponding data processing agreements (Data Processing Agreements - DPAs) are concluded.
The processing is carried out for the following purposes:
- presentation of coaching-related information and profiles,
- forwarding of inquiries and contact requests,
- organization of registrations and bookings (if applicable),
- contractual and pre-contractual communication.

6. Coaching, Confidentiality and Special Protection Requirements
Within the scope of coaching services, personal information is treated confidentially.
No data is disclosed to third parties outside contractually bound data processors without explicit consent or a legal obligation.
7. Documentation, Anonymization and AI-Supported Analysis (SIF)
As part of certain coaching formats, including the application of the Support Intelligence Framework (SIF), it may be necessary to document, reflect upon or analyze language-based content from coaching sessions, workshops or reflection formats.
This may include:

- anonymized or pseudonymized transcripts,
- qualitative reflection and pattern recognition.
Processing is carried out exclusively:
- for reflection, development and coaching-related diagnostic purposes,
- without personal identifiability,
- without performance evaluation or personal profiling.
Such processing takes place only with the prior explicit consent of the clients and, where applicable, the persons involved.
No automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place.

This website does not use cookies for analytics, tracking, or marketing purposes. If technically necessary cookies are used, they serve exclusively to operate the website.
